Purchaser is buying a non-exclusive untransferable license granting the rights to sync this instrumental with one vocal performance and distribute the newly created work commercially worldwide without limitation for up to 200,000 plays, streams, or downloads. After 200,000 plays, streams, or downloads the license will expire, and the purchaser must contact the seller to obtain new license at a negotiated price. Purchaser is not granted the right to rearrange, resell, or distribute the instrumental without syncing with vocal performance.
